Plates and Platters
How long does it take for me to receive my Signature Plate?
All Signature Plates are custom made and Hand Painted just for
you. Plates are generally painted and
shipped out within 7 - 10 days but some plates may require up to 2
weeks to complete and then ship.
Can I cancel or return my Signature Plates? All of our signature plates are
custom painted for you. Because of this, all sales are final
and non-refundable.
What is a Signature Plate? Brush Stroke Plates are custom hand painted plates or platters
that can be signed by your guests to create a one of a kind
keepsake that will last forever.
How do I order a Signature Plate?
Find the Signature Plate design
and Signature Plate shape that you
would like to order on the website. Click on a Signature Plate style and
then click on "Place Your Order Now". That will bring you to
our custom order form. Choose your design, plate shape and size,
add quantity of plates and number of extra markers (if you need
more than the one free marker that comes with the plates). Click
on "Add to Cart". At this point you will have additional options
to add to your plate. Fill in the information and Click on
"Personalize My Plate". Then Click on "Checkout". You will be
taken to a form to fill in Shipping and Billing information. Once
that is completed Click "Submit" and you will be taken to PayPal
to complete your purchase.
What do I do with the Signature Plate?
a. Sign - Bring your Signature Plate to your event and have
your guests sign their names and special thoughts with the special
marker you receive with the plate.
b. Bake - Place your Signature Plate in your home oven and
bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees which will make your signatures
permanent.
Can I change my colors? Yes, each Signature Plate is custom designed for you so just
include your changes in the provided box when ordering and we will
e-mail you to confirm your order.
Can I make a custom order?
Absolutely! Simply or call the studio.
We can make whatever you would like. (Check out our

Can I choose where to place the text?
Yes you can! Just tell us in the changes box when placing your
order.
Can I remove unwanted signatures or smudges? Yes! Though smudges are unlikely because the marker dries
quickly, you can use a Q-Tip and alcohol before baking.
Are Signature Plates food safe? Yes, the Signature Plates are food safe.
Who paints the Signature Plates? My name is Amy Ruvolo, I have owned Brush Strokes Studio for
ten years. My studio is a paint your own pottery studio where
local people come to paint. I have painted custom Signature Plates
for many customers over the years and really enjoyed it, and now I
would love to paint one for you!
Do you sell my contact information?
No, we use your contact information for our order processing
information only.
Do you accept credit cards?
All our orders are processed through a secure payment service,
PayPal which has several different options for payment.
